library

a growing collection of resources to support leaders navigate the demands of care and service without sacrificing their well-being or their values in the process.

I built this library because the people I work with needed somewhere to turn between sessions, between crises, between the moments when everything feels like too much. Not another course. Not a certification. Something they could pick up when they had twenty minutes and needed to remember that what they were experiencing had a name, that others had walked this terrain, and that there was a way through it that didn't require leaving themselves behind.

That's what I hope this is for you.

A growing collection of resources to support leaders navigate the demands of care and service without sacrificing their well-being or their values in the process.

The library consists of 5 categories:

  • waypoints | one-page reference guides on key topics in care work
  • terrain maps | background reading on where our frameworks come from and what it takes to decolonize them
  • compass points | guides and talking points to help leaders open difficult conversations with their teams
  • journals | structured journals for processing and integrating the interior work of care and service
  • dispatches | audio + video clips with thoughts and discussions about moral reclamation and sustainable service

A few resources are freely available; however, the full library is available to paid members. The library is updated with 1–2 new resources each month, so this space will continue to grow and evolve alongside the work.
